-Ensure the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs to establish and maintain a safe workplace.-Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HSE matters.- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective and preventive actions.- Design and deliver HSE training programs to increase awareness and promote a safety culture.- Monitor and measure HSE performance through data analysis and reporting.- Participate in HSE committees and meetings and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
