Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Cosmetics Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will promote and sell our cosmetics products, build lasting relationships with clients, and represent our brand in a professional manner. Your primary focus will be to drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding targets, while delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:?Present, promote, and sell cosmetics products to existing and prospective customers.?Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and individual clients.?Demonstrate product knowledge, including features, benefits, and usage, to educate customers.?Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to enhance customer experience.?Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to address those needs.?Meet or exceed sales targets and goals within assigned territories or accounts.?Stay up-to-date with product launches, promotions, and industry trends.?Gather market and customer information to report on buying trends, competition, and sales forecasts.?Attend trade shows, events, and training sessions to represent the brand and increase product visibility.?Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications:?Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.?Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse clients.?Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.?Passion for cosmetics and beauty products with a willingness to stay informed about trends.?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?Strong organizational skills to manage accounts, leads, and follow-ups.?Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills is a plus.?Flexibility to travel within assigned territories and attend events.Working Conditions:?Competitive base salary plus commission.?Flexible working hours with the potential for remote and field-based activities.?Opportunities for growth and professional development.
