Design and development of LV Panel Layout, switchgear, and other panel & field devices.
Design considering manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques.
Design with the process, part, and assembly costs kept to a minimum, without compromising the integrity of new panel products.
Prepare internal/external testing schedules and, where necessary, supervise internal/external testing as required, working in collaboration with the laboratory team.
Ensure maintenance of all test results relating to relevant projects.
Ensure design documentation and design project files are kept up to date.
Seek and promote new processes and technologies which will enhance the economics of the finished product.
To understand the requirements of the customers, accordingly, Preparation of DAP (Design Approval Process) & approval from Customer.
Project and resource planning as per project schedule.
Design of electrical drawings of control panel and field wiring and pneumatic drawings.
