Senior HR SpecialistJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities and Duties :?Create a suite of document template eg. Employment offers, Consultancy Contract Offers, Salary Revision Letters, Termination Letters etc. Ensure these are accessible to the team and ensure they are kept up to date and in line with contractual and statutory requirements?Produce and Maintain employee cost sheets, offer letters and supporting documents in line with authorized management requests.?Work closely with the Finance Head on the monthly payroll to ensure workforce is kept up to date and any ad hoc problems identified and addressed. Issue accurate payroll instructions, to meet payroll deadlines.?Work and Manage the HR system to mark leaves/ amendments in accordance with UAE Labour Law?Work in line with the Manager and the General Manager to prepare, guide and advise on the various policies of the Company as per UAE Labour Law
