Manager - Transaction Monitoring (Compliance & AML)Job Location : UAERequirements :?Minimum 7 years of experience in Compliance and AML field within UAE, with extensive experience in transaction monitoring in a bank, exchange house or financial institution.?Must be able to prepare, review and implement relevant Compliance & AML including Transaction Monitoring other related policies and procedures.?Must be experienced in Typology Assessments reports and policies & procedures and implement the same to ensure continued monitoring including real-time monitoring of transactions, to mitigate TBML and Proliferation Risks, undertake gap analysis on policies and procedures with regulatory guidelines, practices, and ensure to update the manuals and processes accordingly.?Must we well versed with the CBUAE regulations, guidelines and laws. Must be able to interpret and implement best practices and automation in TM processes.?Ability to lead and manage large team, train and mentor the team to achieve the defined KPI, both qualitative and quantitative. Must be a team player.?Should have strategic decision making skills in terms of compliance & AML related matters and good analytical skills.?Ability to lead and support Transaction Monitoring related system projects, and process improvements on an ongoing basis.?Excellence in English communication skills. Arabic language skill will be an added advantage.?Minimum a Bachelors degree holder, AML/CFT certifications (CAMS, ICA etc.) is a must.
