Job Description

About the Role:?The position which is solely responsible for recovering resources used to repair a vehicle is the link between customer facing staff and the workshop.?A controller must pre-advise any changes that affect a vehicle under his control and be able to give progress information on each vehicle on demand while scheduling work to meet promised delivery times.?To control job flow to appropriately skilled technicians maximizing on time completion, testing, washing and minimizing down time while ensuring all resources used are posted to the job card.?Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure all vehicle repairs to be of Lexus Quality
  • Achieve customer satisfaction by on-time completion of vehicle repairs or service.?
  • Ensure full and accurate communication to workshop, parts, reception, and quality control.
  • Maintain up-to-date progress on each and every vehicle under maintenance / repair.
  • Ensure Technicians? optimum utilization, productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain standard operation codes and current flat-rate manuals.
