  • Understand the Business Requirements for Products,Quality and Cost
  • Develop sourcing strategy based on the complexity of requirements - Overseas and Local distributors
  • Identify the Vendors and arrange the Product Samples with Costing and Commercial Terms
  • Upon Business Approval Plan Order Plan and Process and manage supply chain (overseas and Local) and inform Internal teams for delivery
  • Day to Day Monitoring the Technical and Supply Chain feedbacks and plan countermeasures
  • Manage cost savings with alternate vendors based on POC approval from Technical supervisor
  • Liase with Internal Teams for Improvements
  • Identify Sourcing Improvements and inform to Management for review
  • Develop Mid Term Strategy of sourcing from Key Principle vendors
Required skills and experience to be successful:
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Business Management and Masters Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier management in local and overseas market
  • Exposure to automotive accessories
