In Al-Futtaim we are on a journey to transform our businesses to enhance value chain and provide best in class customer experiences in the new mobility space.The mission of the newly created New Business, Incubation and Growth is to set the future strategy of automotive division and build the portfolio of the future by doing businesses that Al-Futtaim Automotive has not done before by exploring M&A, incubation, and Digital Venture opportunities in UAE and internationally.In our digital venture area, our team is responsible for assessing innovative new business ideas with a deep focus on new mobility initiatives and working with various external digital venture consultancy partners to validate, ideate and execute the digitally focused new business opportunities.Senior Manager ? New Business and Digital Venture is responsible to deliver each phase of the development of the new ventures starting from customer interviews, synthesis of the learnings to strategizing the product and pitch the investment and operating plan to the board. This is a very hands-on role that entail diverse responsibility to build up the start-up of the new digital venture.This role will work in a fast-paced, start-up like environment and collaborate with internal strategic partners by deploying agile methodology to accelerate experimenting and bringing new solutions to the market. Ideal candidate should have hands-on experiences in digital new business projects combined with both operational and strategic mind-set.What you will do:Digital Venture Incubation Planning & Customer Validation:? Develop incubation plan with digital venture development partner? Lead continuous customer interview and validation process to provide input to the tech team on product developmentDigital Venture Incubation and Acceleration Delivery:? Lead external and internal stakeholder scrum and weekly cross functional meeting? Prepare and present the development of the venture to the board? Co-lead the financial and business case along with iterative process of building the tech platformNew Business Operation Management:? Co-execute the new start-up operation plan? Further develop the operation team responsibilities and target roadmapSetting up the company and recruitment:? Support GM on all matters related to setting up the new company? Be sparring partner and support for firefighting in case of project roadblocks? Co-lead the requirement process to make sure that core team is hired in-timeDigital Venture Go to Market and Customer Lead:? Co-develop new GTM strategies to achieve high growth and efficient customer acquisition ? Work with other leads to develop multi-channel strategy and each funnel conversion and efficiency ? Provide data-driven learnings and iterate the strategy in every new proposition and new market launchRequired skills and experience to be successful:? Business University Degree - MBAhighly preferable? 5?10-year experience in strategy consultant, new business, and digital product/service tech business? Proven ability in building new, disruptive products/services and taking these to market establishing product market fit. (Start-up experience highly advantageous)?
