Ensure smooth customer experience journey in all facilities, which aligns business actions with each step of the customer?s purchase consideration and ownership experience. Successful implementation of the Brand standards:o process implementation of standards at every stage, ando the ability to put those standards into practice at all locationso monitoring measurable KPIs at each step under brand standardso setting up clear processes for standards implementation? Manage and drive the Toyota customer journey, strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing to on-board, retain, build loyalty and increase lifetime value by engaging customers with personalized, targeted and relevant marketing offers at every stage.? Be the brand experience connection between all locations and the marketing team with monthly visits across all, following a schedule that allows learning and improvement of each site.? Look after voice of customer online and follow the set guidelines for reporting of customer comments and enhancing experience based on learnings.Required Skills to be successful:? Ability to interpret data and understand analytic outputs? Experience in planning customer journeys across business and engagements? Project management and timely deliverables? Ability to clearly communicate to a range of stakeholders from senior managers to frontline associates. ? Creative with ideas and problem solving? Process and results oriented? Persistence to help improve customer experienceWhat equips you for the role:? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent.? Must have a Driver?s License (UAE)? Must be willing to travel across UAE on a regular basis? 1-2 years? experience in a customer engagement-driven role. ?
