1.Review the Approved drawings and BOQ2.Arrange the required site measurements.3.Plan and Coordinate with factory for materials delivery as per approved program.4.Arrange the required Manpower as per approved histogram.5.Prepare the site logistic plan.6.Ensure proper coordination and communications with Client/Main contractor for all site issues like site access, clearances, Material inspection requests, etc.7.Monitor site activities on daily basis and ensure the work progress as per approved program.8.Ensure the work done within allocated budget.9.Monitor the subcontractors and suppliers work and deliveries.10.Attend site meetings.11.Ensure the work executed as per approved samples and quality.12.Prepare daily and weekly progress reports13.To do proper snagging and HO to client.14.Prepare monthly report of executed work for invoicing.15.Ensure all HSE requirements/ measures taken at site.16.Set an example in upholding the companys reputation and corporate identity across the different media and marketing channel17.Assist in development projects, sales and tasks outside marketing related to the brand & Rely Group as assigned by the Commercial Director on an adhoc basis
