Job Description

Our ClientA highly established private investment firm in the UAE have exciting newly created opportunity for a Senior Manager Process Improvements to join their team.Your Responsibilities

  • Planning, executing and leading projects to identify inefficiencies within the organization and find ways to resolve the issues to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability
  • Providing internal project oversight, leadership, and stakeholder and vendor relationship management.
  • Monitoring and reporting on all aspects of these projects including progress, forecasted hours, risks, communications and critical issues.
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand processes, root causes and outcomes. Create metrics and audit processes to ensure established goals are met and process improvements are sustained.
  • Provide consulting, training and partnering on matters related to business process improvement within the organisation.
  • Use Internal audit reports and knowledge of business to improve controls and efficiency through analytics, checkpoints and automation.
Your Qualifications
  • Formal Qualification in Project Management methodology, Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma and Analytic Tools will be of great advantage.
  • At least 6-8 years experience in process improvement and project management
  • Should possess an exceptional track record in leading transformation projects of different complexity and evaluating business processes
  • Must have excellent stakeholder communication, along with the demonstrated ability to working closely across multiple functions
