QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree, preferably in HR or related field
  • 10+ years of HR experience with 5 + years of relevant managerial experience
  • Knowledge of MEO labour law and other related regulations (HR certifications an asset)
  • Training and/ or certified coaching experience (certification an asset)
  • Experience in in building and implementing learning and development programs
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team and people leadership skills
  • Strong problem solving and multitasking capacity
WHO YOULL WORK WITHYou will work closely with MEO (Middle East Office) office leadership, the MEO people and administrative teams, and the EEMA HR community.You will oversee the full range of HR activities in support of more than 1000 colleagues across the eight MEO locations (Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Doha, Cairo, Kuwait, Riyadh (KSA), Elixir (Riyadh & Jeddah) & Karachi. They will serve as a trusted advisor on people-related risk while focusing on delivering exceptional service-oriented support to all our colleagues.WHAT YOULL DOYou will develop HR strategies to manage a multi-location, 1000+ population across all paths, including the ongoing adjustment of risk management frameworks to support decision making.You will ensure overall compliance with local and Firm regulations including HR, statutory and internal policies (liaising with Firm legal, as necessary).You will serve as point of contact for senior colleagues and cell leaders regarding Firm, Office and centre-specific HR policies. You will manage HR-related risk issues in collaboration with EEMA HR, MEO leaders, and with Firm Legal as necessary; bring expertise, excellent judgment, and in-person presenceYou will be the point of contact for Firm members with personnel related complaints and act as certified practitioner dealing with these to the highest professional standards. You will foster an excellent working relationship with the India People Ops team in Gurgaon, working collaboratively on projects and shared processes, following best practices, and jointly problem- solving ongoing process improvements.You will be an active and contributing member of the MEO People Leadership Group and the EEMA HR community, mange data, analysis and lead/contribute to projects as needed. And lastly yo will lead the MEO HR team including recruiting, developing and evaluating team members.
