Responsibilities :
  • Assist all owners and owners guests with range of requests.
  • Maintain control of owners keys, accurately recording occupancy, access rights to guests and visitors, and all deliveries received.
  • Assist with financial postings in PMS system, accept payments from owners and residents as needed.
  • Communicate owners and residents requests between departments to ensure the highest levels of recognition and personalized services.
  • Assist Guest Services team with welcoming owners at the door and drive as needed.
  • Build relationships with local vendors to ensure the highest levels or service for Owners and Residents
Preferred Qualifications :
  • 2-3 years of Front Desk, Concierge or Residential Services Experience.
  • Strong command of English
  • Exceptional administrative skills required
  • Experience working with Property Management Systems, including Opera and Building Link is a plus.
  • Experience working in a luxury service environment is a benefit
