Job Description

Our Client:A leading multinational IT services and consultancy company.Your Responsibilities

  • Managing a large team comprised of project managers, business analysts, Quality Assurance, Developers to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and programs, on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and clients, including risks and issues, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of project outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to be successful.
  • Responsible for hiring new team members to support the growing business needs.
  • Develop and maintain program management best practices, tools, and templates to ensure consistent and effective delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing large, complex programs in a consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of project managers and business analysts.
  • Experience in hiring and training of new team members.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior leadership and clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of program management best practices, tools, and templates.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
