About the RoleWe focus on our clients strategic, operational, financial and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Industry-specific:

  • Research, design, develop, and test Blockchain technologies
  • Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies related to Blockchain as they continually evolve
  • Maintain and extend current client- and server-side applications responsible for integration to new Blockchain-based systems and applications
  • Be involved in the global Blockchain community?work on implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals
  • Be a subject matter expert for selected content areas in a range of Blockchain topics ? e.g. DeFi, Crypto, NFTs, Metaverse, DAOs ? leading transfer knowledge and generating new intellectual capital for the firm
  • Lead a Product Management team focused on conceiving, building and launching user-focused, high-quality blockchain products
  • Help sourcing and hiring experts as well as consultants with relevant experience in Blockchain and Web3, and cultivate relationships with potential team members, partners, investors, industry peers, etc. to scale and fortify the firm with top talent.
  • Work with the SMDs and their teams to create research repositories for investment and pitch decks, proposal, research papers, articles, training material etc.
  • Attend conferences and community events for protocols and projects to help source new opportunities, support existing projects and maintain market awareness.
Consulting-specific:
  • Work closely with fellow engineering, design and business leadership to define our product vision and strategy across your product areas, and deliver tangible business outcomes
  • Be responsible for the success of multiple and complex project engagements
  • Be able to build senior client relationships across multiple accounts that can lead to business opportunities
  • Manage various projects in parallel autonomously, develops core work plan, structure an end-to-end analysis to find the best solution and ensure high quality outputs
  • Be able to ensure successful project delivery, guiding junior team towards problem conceptualization, problem structuring, data gathering and insight generation
  • Generate valuable insights for the client and for the creation of intellectual capital within the firm.

  • Develop multiple end-to-end documents in parallel, both for existing engagements or business development proposals, with high degree of complexity and tight time constraints
  • Ensure project scope is properly managed and is able to take decisions when trade-offs between project?s results and team?s mobilization arise
  • Take full ownership of the administrative responsibilities within the project
  • Support Partners? relationship building efforts within different accounts and leads
  • Be capable to efficiently manage multi-cultural teams with diverse backgrounds and engaged in multiple projects around the World
  • Act as a role model, build project morale, encourage recognition and be always ready to provide/receive feedback and seek to improve
Qualification:KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • The ideal candidate must?
  • Have 5-8 years? experience within a top tier strategy consulting firm with strong focus on the blockchain and Web3 industry and experience in Blockchain applications and use cases ? e.g. DeFi, Crypto, NFTs, Metaverse, DAOs
  • Balance strategic thinking and operational excellence along with leading multi-cultural and diverse teams across the globe
  • Be adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
  • Display passion for Blockchain and its use cases, and the Delta Partner?s mission, and enthusiasm to actively take ownership of the development of the ?Technology & Innovation? Practice with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Demonstrate ability to lead projects, with effective prioritization and influence, affecting many functions, including product, engineering, finance, compliance, and support in cross-functional initiatives
  • Have in depth knowledge and interest in the Blockchain and web3 industry
  • Prove international exposure and experience working in both developed and emerging markets is an advantage
  • Be highly organized and structured, with excellent problem-solvingskills
  • Combine business sense with commercial capabilities
  • Build good professional and personal relationships with client teams at senior management levels
  • Quickly gain comfort with content areas which are unfamiliar and drives content leadership.
  • Be team player and leader, open-minded, possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and add value
  • Act as a role model and mentor to junior consultants
  • Show mature demeanor and positive attitude, as well as discretion and sensitivity when dealing with clients
  • Be willing for weekly client-based travel, up to 50-75% (Sunday/Monday ? Thursday/Friday).

  • Have prior experience working in and/or found blockchain-related corporates or start-up
  • Have a track record of educational content verting on Blockchain, web3 and their major use cases: DeFi, Cryptocurrencies, NFTs, Metaverse
