Job Description

Our Exciting Opportunity!We are now looking for a 2nd Level Mediation Operations professional. This job role is responsible for monitoring, coordination, support, management, and execution of Mediation activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.You will

  • Lead domain from customer-site as well as managing offshore team for ensuring production system performance and stability.
  • Participation in customer?s projects
  • Assistance as consultant in customer?s presentations, documentation and workshops
  • Remote expert support for on-site integration engineers during installation, acceptance and diagnosis activities
  • Manage customer technical requests and regularly update customer on progress
  • Maintain the stability and performance of the cloud platform.
  • Provide an effective 360-degree feedback on the ailing elements in the current solution and co-ordinate with Design team/L3/ Vendor to fix them
To be successful in the role you must have:
  • Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
  • Expertise in NFV, SDN and Cloud concepts linked with virtualization, practical experience is needed
  • Expertise in Cloud Management Systems, Virtual Infrastructure Management systems and Cloud Infrastructure Management Systems is required.
  • Technical and practical knowledge on Openstack, RHEL
  • Expertise in HEAT/HOT, Ansible, Mistral concepts
  • Knowledge on NOKIA?s CloudBand CBIS, CBAM, CBND, Nuage, is a plus
  • Expertise in Containers, Kubernetes and Microservices concepts
  • Knowledge of Airframe Hardware
  • Good Working knowledge of Cloud Storage Products (Redhat Ceph)
  • Familiar with Network Technologies (Switches, Routers, Load Balancers)
  • Knowledge of Tools like Zabbix, NetAct
  • Scripting Knowledge via Bash, Python, Ansible
  • Own the key tasks of the job as System verification & acceptance and troubleshooting for Telco Cloud solution.
  • Certifications of Linux System admin , Docker and Redhat Openstack should be mandatory
