Clients include major corporates, financial institutions, financial sponsors, governments and sovereigns around the world. Our industry expertise covers Consumer and Retail Services, Financial Institutions, Financial Sponsors, Healthcare, Industrials, Technology, Media & Telecom, Natural Resources and Real Estate, Lodging and LeisureYour RoleThe Client Advisor assists the Senior Client Advisors with providing tailored, strategic, innovative advice/solutions to the Bank?s clients/prospective clients, delivering superior investment opportunities to the clients in line with the client?s objectives and personal needs. They will lead the due diligence, preparation of relevant client reports and assist in the implementation/execution of the transaction. They will partner with the Sales/Coverage and Origination teams, working closely with the Senior Client Advisors to provide holistic solutions to the Bank?s clients.Given the advisory nature of the roles, the Client Advisor will ensure that the advice provided is in ?good faith? and always in the best interests of the client and in adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.Your Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing complex financial analysis and models tailored to infrastructure and utilities assets
  • Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation and financial modelling
  • Supporting the preparation of client presentations and pitches, as well as supporting senior bankers in the coverage effort of key accounts across the sector
  • Supervising and coordinating associates and analysts in the above tasks, supporting where necessary
  • Coordinating and assist in the origination and execution of M&A, DCM, Leveraged Finance and ECM transactions ? including the ability to manage and run workstreams on transactions
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Corporate Finance experience supporting the origination and execution of transactions ? ideally as a VP in the Investment Bank or associated industries
  • Recent and relevant MENA region experience a plus
  • Strong quantitative, numerical and analytical skills with a focus on financial modelling and accounting
  • An understanding of complex transactions across M&A, Leveraged Finance, DCM and ECM
  • Creative problem solving abilities
