JOB TITLE: IT SENIOR MANAGERKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead both the internal IT team & vendor partners in resolving reported issues in ERP on time as per service level agreement.
  • Lead change management across key tracks (PPM , Finance) track with respect to owning the change requests & managing demand from business.
  • Drive strong problem management by getting the team to deep-dive into issues, looking for patterns & identifying solutions for root-causes, which will ensure long term downward trend in incoming tickets.
  • Demonstrates expertise & delivers functional and technical solutions on complex engagements and projects assigned.
  • Review & approve the deliverables throughout the development cycle to ensure quality and traceability to requirements and adherence to all quality management plans and standards.
  • Drive regular operating mechanisms with key functional champions to keep them updated on operations & prioritize demand.
  • Actively collaborate with vendor partners & stakeholders during quarterly ERP cloud upgrades.
  • Effectively engage with Implementation teams to support their milestone deliverables
  • Effectively influence adoption of standard functionalities in the system
  • Proactively hunt for process inefficiencies & drive continuous improvements in the system.
  • Coach team members by providing regular feedback for enhancing performance
  • Communicate issues/changes to team; build commitment and confidence.
  • Recommend and participate in the development of policies and procedures.
  • Lead interactions with vendors and monitor vendor performance after completion of the deliveries with respect to quality, schedule, deliverables & cost.
  • Collaborate in the evaluation of new solutions & influence architecture decisions which will have an impact on Oracle ERP and related integrations.
  • Promote & leverage use of solution standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Keep abreast of market developments and proactively propose any best practices to benefit the business.
  • Actively collaborate with various functional tracks (HR, Payroll, Supply Chain & Projects) to review & prioritize the change requests for execution.
  • Ensure all compliance & audit-related non-conformances related to ERP are addressed.
  • Drive standardization with respect to master data management.
  • Ensure to keep-up the vitality of the change & process documents.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountants CA or ICWAI or BE or Masters degree in Finance with 12 to 15 years of total experience ,with at least 5 to 7 years of Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP implementation experience
  • Oracle ERP Cloud certifications
  • Understanding of Oil & Gas field services business practices
  • Should have an end to end Oracle ERP implementation experience.
  • Experience in modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Oracle Time & Labor, Project Contracts and Risk Management Cloud modules like Advanced Financial Control (AFC) & Advanced Access Control (ACS), EPM, Financial Consolidation Hub, Internal Controls Manager, iReceivables, internet expenses, Advance Collections, Treasury
  • Should have a strong IT Service Management framework knowledge
  • General IT Skills, relevant expertise to manage and deliver IT Support.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and develop relationships, especially with geographically disbursed teams.
  • Strong problem-solving capability with proactive and logical approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with leadership team, stakeholders, third parties and clients.
  • Should have working / process knowledge of Oracle Fusion integrations with 3rd party applications.
