Job Description

Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre, the first-established Novotel hotel in the city, is located next to Sharjah Expo Centre, close to Dubai, with convenient access to Sharjahs major business & leisure hubs. Your objective is to deliver a positive and memorable experiences to all our guests. What will you be doing:
  • Prepare and serve food & beverage orders and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the hotels Standards of Performance.
  • Responsible for the food hygiene and safety of the outlet by ensuring that all equipment?s are working properly and are trained to work safely with it.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.
  • Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
Your experience and skills include:
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Previous relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English; preferably Russian speaker
  • Experienced in operating the MICROS POS system
