If this sounds like you, lets chat.Responsibilities:- Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and Release processes.- Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.- Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.- Oversees project logistics and resource allocation.- Manages/understands the dynamics of the team, how it constantly evolves over time with new hires, changes in team structures, and varying degrees of pressure.- Acting as the interface between Strategy and Deliver- Responsible for working with the leadership team and translating directives to their team as actionable tasks and deliverables- Build and rebuild teams- Accountable for identifying high performers that need to be nurtured and lower performers that need assistance- Recruitment and capacity planning
