Data Management: Establish and maintain data management practice within , generate guidelines and use data quality experience and best practice to continuously refine and improve standards. These guidelines and rules cover all business areas, including Marketing, Sales (i.e. data quality for Lead Management), and Customer Service by focusing on the following:o Monitor systems integration and data transferso Data Quality: track quality and identify key source issues, build action plans so data capture will improveo Data Merging & Management (manage duplicates)o Support regional cleansing initiatives and implement these into the local databaseo Develop vendor interfaces (track data migration across various platforms/integration)o Support Data Management across all business unitso Support the analytics around any data questions? Error Management: Support the business with interface data errors and ensure that appropriate focus is put on understanding and fixing root cause of any issues and specific data gaps, including escalation processes.? Data Quality: Support the business in creating and regularly reviewing Customer data quality reports and ensure data quality action plans where and if needed.? Duplicates: Review and manage duplicate accounts, establish de-dupe and cleansing processes, reviewing root cause of duplicates and implement changes to resolve root cause.? Data Governance: Ensure data governance and support business with guidance and knowledge in data (flow) management.? Version control: Manage version control including bottom-up version improvements and top-down comms on changes.JD/Posting Document? Test Management: Manage and support the business with data test management (building different test groups) within the database.? Data Quality Management - IBB: CXP includes automatized Data Quality Management reports, in line with regional IBB requirements. The Data Specialist acts as key contact point for any DQM questions and actions.? Data Governance: The Data Specialist will be appointed being part of the core team, mapping out data flows as per legal guidance, supporting the business to ensure business conformity to regional/local data legislation.KPIs? Data Quality Targets (Global, Regional and local improvements as goal)? Customer Data Completion (amending missing required data fields where required)? Customer Journey Conversion rates (as long as connected to data quality)?
