Job summaryAmazon Web Services (AWS) Small and Medium Business (SMB) Marketing team is redefining how we bring the benefits of cloud to business of all sizes. Part of this effort includes the launch of a dedicated community program and we are seeking an acquisition manager to drive sign-up to this program. You will be part of a global team that has been chartered with building a new marketing engagement initiative aimed at acquiring SMB customers to AWS. We are seeking an experienced demand marketing professional with expertise in designing and executing highly effective lead generation campaigns to build and scale demand creation for SMB member acquisition. They will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing on full funnel marketing campaigns partnering closely with the regional teams to ensure consistent execution of the marketing initiatives. You will work in close collaboration with the SMB Website team, the SMB Connected Community Team, Partner Marketing and the Regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in demand marketing as well as a background in paid media execution. This key team member should have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to manage all elements that drive program adoption, like campaign creative execution, CTAs, digital execution of the program as well as demand generation strategies. This individual will be both strategist and executioner with responsibility for building, executing and monitoring strategies and test opportunities. They will develop strategy at a global level and scale it across regions working with in-market teams for localization. They will be proficient in using data to drive insight and efficiency. Responsible for member acquisition and registration for SMB Connected Community Program? Design and implement marketing campaigns across the funnel using both paid and owned media channels, with a focus on experimentation methods to grow consumer awareness, engagement, and registration - all in a data-driven and efficient manner.? Set up campaigns in Marketo (drip release programs for email marketing campaigns)? Drives and makes recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers within digital channels (e.g. cadence, frequency, etc.). Including continually optimizing campaigns to ensure customer acquisition costs are in line with the return-on-investment goals.? Employ best practices to achieve growth goals while also experimenting with test and learn strategies and less-proven tactics to improve the customer experience.? Establish scalable processes and workflows to ensure consistency across regions? Establish the right KPIs, pull and analyze campaign results and set up performance reporting and analysis? Build demand generation assets (banners, social media posts etc.) and continue to optimize creative for conversion.? Partner with stakeholders to improve performance, processes and analytics to increase both ROI and customer delight.? Extensive experience in demand generation and lifecycle marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of delivering consistent qualified leads? The ideal candidate understands the traditional marketing model for demand generation adding in layers such as A/B testing, digital Ads campaigns, data-driven email marketing campaigns, influencer marketing, SEO optimization, retargeting best practices, and data driven, analysis of consumers engagement and experience.? Significant expertise and experience in paid media execution? Prior experience with Marketo, Salesforce and campaign execution tools? An advanced understanding of the campaign management process, attribution and measurement, and marketing funnel management? Self-starter personality with a passion to continually learn and expand hands-on technical skills? Thrives on a data-driven approach to marketing with the ability to make fact-based decisions and work proactively with others to share the insights to drive change/improvement in lead gen programs? Proven experience building test and learn plans that continuously improve engagement; Demonstrable experience finding ways to drive operational efficiency? Highly collaborative and has experience working cross-functionally and gathering requirements across teams? Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and has great attention to detail? A strong understanding of digital advertising, marketing automation, Salesforce, lead-scoring, segmentation, revenue attribution, influence, and ROI.? The ability to partner with a collaborative approach to both internal and external stakeholders.? Experience with membership programs? Experience with Adobe Suite (Adobe EM)
