Job Description

  1. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Follow the customer service standards of procedures as set for the Call Center.
  • Ensure that all guests orders are set on POS in accordance with their needs.
  • Handle all online orders through aggregators and ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure that all orders are being delivered within the standard time
  • Coordinate customers? orders according to the location and time to facilitate the driver?s role.
  • Handle Feedback calls day by day to finalize the monthly feedback report.
  • Handle the customers complaint and satisfy the customer.
  • Maximize the sales and revenue for the restaurant by maintaining the upselling skills at all times.
  • Ensure a high level of product knowledge / Menu knowledge of the restaurant?s menu items
  • Report any system failures/problems to the manager
  • Keep the workstation clean always
  1. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Very good communication skills - Bilingual (Arabic & English)
  • Exposure to call center environment
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Very good in computer skills.
  • Problem solving and timely coordination
  • High level of energy & enthusiasm
