Job Description

We are always looking for ambitious graduates from a wide range of backgrounds for our professional internship programs. As a Buying Trainee your responsibilities will be:

  • Maintain all information relating to seasonal buy including product information and order confirmation along with open to buy management tracking as applicable.
  • Support the Buyers by regularly visiting competitors to provide market intelligence to the Buying team.
  • Support the Buying team by ensuring who, what and when are collated from milestones meetings including Hindsight, Trade, and SWOT analysis.
  • Ensure completion of competitive pricing analysis and store visit actions.
  • Assist the Buying team with weekly reporting and VIC requests
  • Manage RTV and the process in collaboration with Supply Chain
  • Ensure all necessary records, files, and databases are maintained accurately and updated in a timely manner including collation of information (Buying calendar, exclusive product tracker...)
  • Conduct product validation to support Buying and cross-functional teams for PR and marketing campaigns, look books, and Social media imagery
