Job Description

Associate Growth ManagerThe Role:Achieve budgeted GMV and Margin for Hyke in the assigned zone by acquiring, maintaining and growing Hyke retailer network.The objective is to achieve this by driving superior engagement between Hyke Platform and retail network and take all required measures to maintain and grow within the telecom and related. The function of the role also entails training and development of Growth Executives assigned in the respective zones under the region by monitoring and developing all key indicators of engagement within the participants to drive the GMV.The person should be a team player, self-driven with proven track record on achieving targets, working closely with field team, and having a sound knowledge and experience in all IR channel operations.He should be able to successfully on board suppliers in the B2B market space, manage the ground team to achieve the objectives from his/her assigned zone, recommend tactical plans and address all the market issues arising in Platform horizon to develop the digital ordering as the default behavior in the selected markets.The Profile:

  • Achieve GMV & Margin against targets.
  • Achieve the target set for:
    • No of dealers and GMV through dealer App by product category
    • No of orders through HDA,
    • Acquisition of retailers of new categories being introduced
  • Recommend and implement the Journey Plans to achieve the most optimum revenue with the available staff, with key emphasis on independent ordering from retailers.
  • Recommend the new products and categories that can drive GMV in the assigned Zone as part of expansion in catalogue.
  • Continuously on board Retailers as part of Hyke Platform to grow the revenue.
  • Provide qualitative feedback based on customer and supplier interactions that can help to improve the experience of the participants and also help to bring in new customers.
The Essentials:
  • 3 ? 5 years of experience in managing sales within IR/KDR and wholesalers.
  • Existing relationships with key target customers.
  • Leadership Skills, good interpersonal skills and team management.
  • Experience in handling field and good communication skills with suppliers.
  • Target driven Individual and willing to take u new responsibilities.
  • Ability and capacity to grow into more senior roles.
