  • To provide both Guests and Colleagues with the best possible IT Support within assigned functional area (Helpdesk, Operations, Networks).
  • Monitors the performance of Networks, Servers, Workstations and peripherals and informs the Functional IT Manager of any abnormalities
  • Maintains an updated IT knowledge to enable continuous improvement to the services offered to users
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware / software concepts
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in IT related field
  • At least 1 year experience in an environment which requires practical usage of technical skills or in a network company
  • Advanced network skills
  • Advanced hardware skills
