Job Description

Employment: Full Time Role Description:Responsible for setting, prioritizing and evaluating the work generated by a squad in order to build technical products for the back-end, running on Temenos T24 Transact core banking system (i.e. accounts, customer information, payments, accounting & reporting, etc.) serving both retail and corporate customersKey Responsibilities:Responsible for functional and technical development of a technical back-end product or platformDevelop, maintain, test, and troubleshoot microservices or core-based architectures and/or software solutionsPractice CI/CD across the entire pipelineResponsible for IT controlling of backend channelsLead and collaborate with a team of internal and external developers, analysts, and business individuals to guarantee stable back-end and on-time deliverySupport creating of test cases and automated testsResponsible to manage prioritization of product backlog (develop feature list, user stories, and roadmaps) REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Business Management or any related disciplineMasters degree preferred5-7 years of experience in software management in an agile way of workingExperienced in owning and developing technical products with appealing UXExperience in Islamic banking implementationKnowledgeable in back-end technology trends (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices), agile product development and DevOpsExperienced in leading a development team leveraging agile (e.g., SCRUM)2-3 years experience in working with Temenos solutions preferredDeep-understanding of back-end technologies and processesProgramming skills in back-end languages (e.g. Python, SQL, Kotlin, Java)Analytical, ability to think strategically and creativelyFamiliarity with Dev Ops and ContainerizationCollaborative, good people management skills
