Employment: Full Time Technical Knowledge and hand-on experience in SAP PayrollShould have developed Schema, Sub Schemas, Rules and custom Functions for Payroll SchemaHands-on experience in the complete Payroll cycle from data entry to bank transferConfiguration experience of SAP PayrollShould be able to read the ABAP code in case of issue handlingShould be able to run SAP standard reports for Payroll and support usersShould be able to read the payroll log and identify the problemShould be able to speak with users and understand their issuesShould be able to articulate the problem and express the same in an emailShould be able to generate slide packs on statistics of supportTechnical Knowledge and hand-on experience in SAP Time ManagementShould have developed Schema, Sub Schemas, Rules and custom Functions for Time SchemaHands-on experience in the complete Time management from Clock-in entries to time statementShould have configuration experience of SAP Time ManagementShould be able to read the Time schema log and identify the problemShould have at least 2-3 implementation experiences in HCM as time and payroll consultantShould know the support cycle starting from ticket creation to problem resolutionHands-on experience in HCM outbound and Inbound interfacesAble to develop Functional Specification in detail with config nodes and table/field valuesMust have In-depth knowledge in config for OM and PAShould have experience in S4 to SF interface REQUIREMENTS: Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP HCM.Must be based in UAE to apply for this role.
