Employment: Full Time The University of Balamand Dubai (UOBD) invites applications from appropriately qualified candidates to fill the following position, which is available for immediate appointment.Program Coordinator - EDC:Position Summary:The Program Coordinator is the link between the EDC and its customers for whom the EDC develops and delivers short training courses, executive development programs and other professional services.Responsibilities:Communicates with and receives communications (emails, phone calls, letters, visits) from corporate and government sector clients of the EDCSchedules the EDCs courses and programs to meet customers requirements and obtains the Vice Chancellors approval of theses schedulesOrganizes and prepares materials that will be used in course/program delivery to the EDCs clientsParticipates with the Vice Chancellor in visits and meetings with clients and keeps records of these eventsManages and updates content on the EDCs websiteInvoices and follows up with clients regarding payments due to the EDCPrepares certificates of completion for participants in the EDCs programs and coursesLiaises with faculty members and external consultants who are engaged to deliver the EDCs programs and servicesOrganizes the operations of the EDC and prepares all required reports including budgetsCarries out the Vice Chancellors instructions to maintain the EDCs orderly, efficient operation REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Qualifications:MBA or other masters degree (Bachelors degree depending on experience) from a recognized (preferably Western) university.Professional Experience:Minimum of 3 years in a similar position or a in a marketing/customer relations position with a track record of effectiveness.Other Required Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and ArabicExcellent marketing and CRM skillsExcellent organization and business management skillsDynamic, energetic, pro-active with drive and self-initiativeExperience / ability to manage website content (with technical support by IT personnel as needed)Ability to work under pressure
