Employment: Full Time Production In-charge (Steel Division in Joinery)AED: 10K 12KJob Location: DubaiThe RoleThe Production In charge will be responsible for the planning, preparation and production of required Steel in joinery for the companys various projects.You will need:An in-depth knowledge of all aspects of modern manufacturing.Knowledge of all aspects of furniture & Steel construction, which includes but is not limited to.Fully conversant with all types of manual working machinery and to be fully conversant with all types of woodworking CNC machinery and steel machinery and their associated programs.Good leadership, Organization & coordination skills.Excellent communication & negotiation skills. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 10 years of similar experience in the Management of joinery and steel manufacturing industry.Degree or Industry recognized qualification in Engineering / Joinery / SteelStrong people management experience and the ability to direct a large workforce through Supervisors and a hands-on approachGood all-round financial management, budgeting & planningMust have excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a multicultural team.Be client-facing and providing a technical solution in the pre-sales process with other Management colleaguesMust have an excellent understanding of health & Safety. OH&S in a manufacturing environment
