The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction project management, commercial & residence projects, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven.Key Responsibilities:Prepares cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements.He will be responsible for procuring materials, goods, products, and services.Provide accurate job costing/budgeting projections based on product and selection lists unique to each market; determine the right labor resources and materials to complete each projectPrepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.Manage competitive bid process to ensure jobs receive the most favorable pricing.Review and evaluate cost estimatesPrepare cost analysisEstablish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors Salary: AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS- Skills & ExperienceExceptional communication skills both verbal and writtenSelf-starter who is proactive and deadline-orientedAbility to interact effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organizationAble to read plans and understanding the projectsHighly proficient in use of computer software to include Word, Excel, OutlookTeam orientedBachelor degree in related field required5 -10 years of purchasing and/or estimating experience with progressive experience requiredHe needs to be pro in AutoCAD and shop drawingsHaving a Driving license is plus factor
