From flights to fuel, parking to property leasing, and in-flight meals to landside lattes, they make the best of every revenue stream through fresh service propositions.What youll deliver- Youll be conducting regulatory, standards and performance audits across portfolio and developing mechanisms to monitor standards for tracking maintenance.- Youll collaborate and with regulatory authorities, agencies and government bodies to ensure a multi-agency approach to risk identification and management.- Youll seek to maximise occupancy across the portfolio and drive rental performance whilst driving operations performance, customer service excellence and reputation.- Youll monitor and report on service delivery and standards as per relevant policies, regulations and agreed contractual terms to ensure compliance. REQUIREMENTS: What you bring- Youll have at least 5 years experience in a similar field preferably with qualifications in Property/Retail Management, Property Surveyor or Quality Management System.- You should have at least 5 years of management system compliance experience with background in safety coordination or similar field.- You should have in-depth knowledge and implementation of operational standards, and HSE guidelines and practices.- Youll have expert organizational, communication and analytical reporting skills.Life at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
