We make UAE a safer place by providing secure electronic payment solutions, cyber security systems and communications as well as security systems for Dubai International Airport and air traffic management and navigation systems for Abu Dhabis airport.JOB OBJECTIVE- Ensure operation (including project) reporting- Operational support to project/programme/portfolio stakeholders- Planning master- Play a major role in the dissemination and implementation of Project Management practices and the usage of tools supporting those practices.- Provide necessary expertise in project, program or portfolio management field.- Ensure capitalization of lessons learntROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the preparation of bids and the execution of Project local activities in Radio CoE, in particular by allocating sufficient competent resources and organizing PMO service- Build and maintain a workload plan (for existing and future project activities)- Establish a detailed schedule and coordinate it with offshore Thales entities- Deploy Group processes, methods and tools applicable to Project Management target Operating Model- Consolidate non-financial data of Bid & Project dashboard,- Establish and monitor project management performance indicators appropriate to ME context- Implement Project management improvement initiatives- Consolidate risks analysis and monitor the up-date REQUIREMENTS: WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS- 5 years of experience in managing project management office- 3 years of experience of running PMO teams on large multi-discipline and entities projectsQUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :- Minimum a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in relevant field- 10 years of managerial experience is a MUST.- Formal PM Qualifications or equivalent level: APM Practitioner, IPMA Level B: Prince II PractitionerAt Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
