Employment: Full Time Dubai Center for Special Needs is a non-profit organisation, dedicated to providing special education, multi-disciplinary therapeutic intervention and vocational training to students of determination. Our vision is to provide each and every one of our students the key to a positive, productive and more independent life, thereby Lighting the path toward a brighter futureDuties will include, but are not limited to: Bus attendant; ensuring student safety on the bus and assisting them on and off the busesCleaning kitchens, bathrooms, classrooms and common areasProvide assistance to teaching staff and students, when requiredAssist with sorting through Dubai Center Souq itemsAssist with Center events as necessaryExperience: Minimum 2 years relevant experienceQualifications: High School Diploma or above REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for an experienced helper/bus attendant, to join the team at Dubai Center for Special Needs. Candidate must be sympathetic to the needs of our special needs students and be fit and energetic to meet the requirements of the job. Previous experience with children and young adults of determination or within a school setting preferred.

There are 135 students at The Center of which 65% are U.A.E. Nationals. Our students are aged between 3 years and 27 years. Our aim is to give each and every one of our students the best quality of life of which they are able physically, emotionally, socially and academically.
When they have finished their academic education, we concentrate on prevocational training taking them to various organizations within Dubai for work experience and, hopefully, we can finally help them to gain employment within the community and to take their rightful place in this world which is their moral right.
