Drafting and Civil Works Specialist

Employment: Full Time Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesCompany: Al Maha & NDM Factories, Dubai, United Arab EmiratesPosition SummaryAs Factories Drafting and Civil Works Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for Facilities management and Drafting works for Nestle UAE Factories. You will also oversee civil works in minor project activities and Maintenance and Improvement of existing buildings and structures and for preparing and maintaining of all types of engineering drawings for both the factories.A day in the life of- Manage and supervise civil, mechanical and plumbing related activities and building maintenance works- Drawings modifications and preparation of equipment/machinery layouts as well as all type of products & utility flowsheets- Perform the facility management of all buildings- Support Projects Engineers for all civil work related to minor project execution- Work on pre-project concept drawings (e.g. drawings of budget approval, feasibility drawings etc.)- Get necessary approvals and permits from local authorities for all related works- Manage and supervise all Maintenance Contracts related to buildings- Manage and keep the facility key documents and drawings- Work closely with SHE and Quality department to ensure Safe Execution of work without impact on product quality- Manage the Budget allocated for the Building Facility Management REQUIREMENTS: What will make you successful- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical)- Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (AutoCAD Drawing 2&3D)- Strong negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills- Experience in Contractor Management- Advanced knowledge on safety and quality- Valid UAE driving License- Full-time- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical)- Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (AutoCAD Drawing 2&3D)We thank all applicants for their interest; however only those individuals selected for an interview will be contacted.We are Nestle, the largest food and beverage company.
