Job Description

- 10 years of total experience in Information Technology, Automation, or Process Development.Minimum Qualification- University degree in Information Technology or Engineering Discipline.- Preferred to have masters degree in strategic management, business administration or related fields- Fluency in English Language; written and oralMinimum Experience / Knowledge & Skills- Minimum of 10 years of total experience in Information Technology, Automation, or Process Development- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.- Experience in innovating business models and developing new channels, business models or business transformation- Proven record of a Successful Implementation of Digital Transformation Projects- Deep understanding of the evolving digital world on both the demand side (how people/companies are using technology) and the supply side (emerging technologies)- Solid Exposure and working knowledge in digital marketing, analytics, supply chain management and CRM- Strong business acumen, including domain-specific knowledge of the company and its business units- Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking and consulting skills- Working Knowledge in data analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, visualizations, and design dashboards.- Working experience in Cloud Computing, IOT, Big Data, and Edge Computing- Strong influence and negotiation skillsAbility to effectively drive people, process and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists Professional Certifications- Preferred to be certified in Project Management; PMP, etc.- Preferred to be certified in any of the Coding Languages; Python, Java, etc.With over 90 years combined experience, NES(NES) is proud to be the worlds leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide.
