They also launched two grocery chains, a new concept, thereby making it the first consumer cooperative to include a smart shopping concept in many of its branches in the MENA region. Additionally, they offer a wide range of products from food and electronics to hardware and household appliances.Job Role:Manages and monitors contract/ agreement until completion of the projectUnderstands the design, engineering and material specification related to the whole projectCoordinates with all assigned parties (consultants / contractors/ subcontractors/ authorities/ UCS Depts.) to ensure complianceReviews and evaluates the Concept Design/Detailed design and tender documents of the project during design and execution stagesProvides clear and technical advice to consultants/contractors/sub contractors on all the technical aspectsStudies/approves all changes/variation of orders during the project period and prepare all related documents required for getting approvalsReviews the Contractors/Suppliers / Consultants Progress Payment Certificate and authorities feesAttends progress and technical meetings with various department/ contractors/ consultants for project evaluation and technical adviceMonitors the progress of whole work including random visits to sites, pointing out delays and advising changes, material approvals, shop drawings approvalsCompares project specifications with site conditions to assess the feasibility of successful execution of the project.Updates the section manager/ Department Manager about work progressSupervises and follows up with consultants/contractors and other personnel for monitoring and timely completion of projectPlans and communicates targets for project completionPrepares and revises costing and estimations for civil works executed throughout the project REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Open to UAE NationalsMale, 40 years old and belowBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant fieldAt least 7 years relevant experience in construction industryMust be knowledgeable on the latest construction trends and developments, labor markets, and material ratesExcellent communication skills and ability to manage a team in fast paced environment
