Employment: Full Time Minimum 5 years of knowledge and experience with boat and yacht building.Capability in fiberglass hand lay-up with knowledge of infusion and various materialMust have knowledge in reading drawings and/or engineering.Experience in plastic welding, coatings and liningsExperience in chopper-gun utilization, fabrication of structural parts, stiffening, painting and finishing, as well as, new construction, patch/detail and gel-coating. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lead a team of fiberglass technicians and welders, and laminators and have in depth involvement in the daily progress and works schedule.Should be confident managers/leaders who take pride in a job done efficiently and professionally with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.Should be self-motivated, organized, maticulate attention to details.Create tooling to produce quality fiberglass production partsMust have Certificate and/or Diploma
