Employment: Full Time Able to create and manage system for Dubai HQ for financial supervision and reporting to Dubai-based President on company operations in MontenegroOperations in Montenegro include 1 operating hotel, 1 hotel under construction, 2 further Hotel properties in pipelineRemotely oversee all accounts & financial operations of Montenegro businesses (construction & hospitality businesses).Oversee overall financial and accounting matter of the company.Compiling and presenting monthly and annual reports, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, budgets, business plans, commentaries, and financial statements.Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes Account reconciliation and analysis: accounts payable and receivable, Bank, Deposits, Accrued Expenses, Investments, Inter-company balances.Journal Entries including maintenance of recurring journal entries and allocations.Compute taxes/VAT and prepare tax/VAT returnsSecures financial information by completing database backups REQUIREMENTS: Male or Female candidateLocally available in UAEBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree3 to 5 years experience in the construction/real estate industryExcellent communications skills in English MUSTExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.Hands-on experience with accounting software Good computer skills including Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel, ADP or compatible payroll systems.Experience with general ledger functions Strong attention to detail and good analytical skillsAble to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
