For our purposes, we are recruiting:IT Support TechnicianMission :* Installation, administration and maintenance of IT equipment and software for end users.* Processing of support tickets (Incidents and requests) from users.* Management and maintenance of IT equipment (hardware and software inventory).* Installation of new users.* Solving system and network problems.* Contribution to the monitoring of the availability and performance of the system and network.Profile :* BAC + 3 IT maintenance or equivalent.* Analytical mind.* General knowledge of basic concepts and techniques of systems and networks architecture.* Mastery of Linux and Windows systems.* Good level of communication in French (oral and written).* Sense of organization and a strong team spirit.About Focus Group :Focus is a Tunisian Group specialised in software engineering and IT services.With presence in Tunisia and in Europe, Focus offers a wide range of IT solutions in the areas of embedded systems, ERP and BI, IT infrastructure solutions?
