Assists the Operation & Process and Maintenance Managers by supplying tools to pilot the maintenance according to the general maintenance strategies
Organizes daily/weekly/monthly planning of all preventive and corrective maintenance.
Implements the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Coordinates with the Managers to purchase all equipment needed to perform maintenance tasks
Defines the maintenance working methods
Puts in place the documentation management
Assures the regulatory controls follow up
Is responsible of the stores and keeps the information about all consumables/spare parts/equipment etc. updated in CMMS.
Organizes and follows up maintenance interventions and external sub-contractor activities
Ensures the application of a Safety Prevention Plan by external subcontractors and suppliers
Is responsible of the workshop and its equipment, and assume the role of storekeeper
Ensures proper supervisory coverage for all work performed on a regular and overtime basis
