Key Responsibilities:Assisting with recruitment and hiring process including scheduling interviews, maintaining an applicant tracking systemScheduling meetings and maintaining an up-to-date calendar for the officeCoordinating with other companies for internship agreements and tracking progressKeeping accurate records of office expenses and providing regular reports to the management teamManaging inventory of office supplies and placing orders as neededHelping to keep the office organized and tidy, including setting up for meetings and eventsAssisting with any other administrative tasks as neededProvide support to the management and other teams as neededQualifications:Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamStrong attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working in a fast-paced environmentExperience in an edtech company is a plus.Familiarity with online recruitment toolsWorking Conditions:Full-time positionOffice-based with occasional flexible timings based on company needsSome travel may be required for occasional on-site visits
