Job Description

Role Purpose:Supporting the Centre of Excellence Senior Manager in the delivery of training to support Exceptional services across NEOM - considering hotel standards delivery. The role will provide tactical delivery of all training programmes.Knowledge, skills & Qualifications:Essential:

  • Hotel/ Hospitality Experience
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to understand problems, convey ideas, and conduct training, and all of these are carried out through words
  • Creative and innovative thinking, which enables the employee trainer to keep things fresh to hold trainees? attention, and improvise on their teaching style
  • Excellent presentation skills to present and handle training programs effectively
  • Well-developed administrative skills, as an employee trainer is required to manage training programs efficiently
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable:Experience of training and people development in the Middle East
