Job Description

.Jobs at this level are responsible for carrying out design and develop programs and planning and design of learning solution for training programs and manage budget of programs and consolidate training material for Leaders and build and maintain relationship with external resources. Also, they are responsible for acting as a point of contact for internal customers providing information and clarifying any human resource and organization development issues. .Jobs at this level are responsible for carrying out design and develop programs and planning and design of learning solution for training programs and manage budget of programs and consolidate training material for Leaders and build and maintain relationship with external resources. Also, they are responsible for acting as a point of contact for internal customers providing information and clarifying any human resource and organization development issues.Lead the planning and design of learning solution for Technology learning programs for leaders based on gap analysis results, IDP, competencies and business needs and align with Career Development and BP?s in relation to stc internal programs.Manage allocated annual budget of Technology learning programs for leaders and ensure a cost optimization approach is followed.Design and provide pre-training products (Competencies, Career Path) in close coordination with external customers (Corporate and public) and develop one source includes all non-training material. Collaborate with Career Development & BP?s in the identification of critical function/sector skills at strategic level.Ensure enrolment criteria is identified and set, with ensuring communicating clearly the learning selection criteria with potential trainees.Build and maintain relationship with external resources such as, vendors and training providers.Proactively enhance training programs based on training evaluation results.Follow-up on latest practices in social and collaborative learning methods to improve program impact, build and sustain learning communities, and drive continuous learning across stc Technology learning programs for leaders in alignment with Research & Innovation Department.Coordinate with Academy Operations department in the implementation of ROI methodology related to Technology learning programs for leaders.Collaborate with Assessment Department to integrate assessment services in building TNA, IDP for Technology learning programs for leaders. Consolidate Technology learning programs for leaders material and liaise with Knowledge Management to be uploaded in stc Academy repository.Collaborate with Digital-learning programs in creating state of the art Development materials specially for awareness and entry levels in Technology learning programs for leaders.Design learning activities as per identified learning programs type, which may include, Simulation games, Role play, Group exercise, Group Discussion, Lecture, e-Learning, Case studies. Design and develop Technology learning programs for leaders instruction and share all the necessary info including the plan including the schedule with Delivery Department to communicate instruction with trainees.Maintain relevant Technology learning programs for leaders e-learning content in liaison with Digital Learning Section.Review and approve trainers CVs and identify a specific trainer for each course Support Technical Planning in benchmarking available training courses and best market practices to develop a training catalogue
