Technical Manager - ICT/ELV/AV | AFET, KSAOverview of the role:
Provide Audio Visual System/ Security System consultancy to enterprise level customers
Identification of most suitable solution and products and complete most optimum economical design meeting the tender requirements and site conditions.
Preparation of Complete Detailed Technical proposal includes design schematic drawings/ system architecture, compliance.
Attend Client Meetings for Technical clarifications/ Technical Presentation.
Strong liaison and negotiation skills with client, vendors and partner.
Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment, willing to work extended hours.
˙What you will do:Technical Management?˙˙˙Experience in design activities in ELV / ProAV Systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion detection, BackGround Music, Meeting Room/ Board Room Solutions, Auditorium Solutions.?˙˙˙Experience in Digital signage & meeting room solutions?˙˙˙Design, Estimation, Technical Proposals, Presales, Commissioning experience in ProAV & Security communication products?˙˙˙Industry certification from major manufacturer.?˙˙˙Product Knowledge for all major vendor (PELCO, Samsung, Hikvision, Milestone, Gallagher, LENEL, Creston, Extron, BOSE & other leading brands.)?˙˙˙Experience and knowledge of other ELV and IT solutions will be an added advantage?˙˙˙Should be able to understand the drawings, specifications of the ELV & Audio-Visual systems provided by the client?˙˙˙Applies complex design principles and methodology to ensure cost-effective and optimal use of resources and technology.Ensuring that a proper record of the completed project documentation is available on completion of the project.?˙˙˙Elaboration and update of the project planning data (an-effort, actual costs versus budget, times-schedules, personnel deployment planning etc.)˙Engineering?˙˙˙Monitor and ensure pre-construction project activities (material submittals and drawings) are executed in line with the project plan.?˙˙˙Ensure adequate resources are assigned to the project in coordination with the project head.?˙˙˙Ensure Engineering/Design complies with Local Authorities and the specialist manufacturers recommendation.˙
