The opportunityThis is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadia and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Project: Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Effectively transition supply chain providers pursuant to desired commercials & terms e.g. evaluate and negotiate with incumbent suppliers, introduce alternative/preferred suppliers.
• Reviewing supplier contract and formation inc. SLAs, KPIs etc.
• Responsible for contract compliance & contract register and developing and applying SCM playbook/manual processes & procedures.
• Providing on boarding process within SCM systems and liaising with other gateway owners to progress i.e. Operations, QHSE and finance teams.
• Leading supplier sourcing, tenders/RFQ, selection and benchmarking.
• Managing platforms such as PowerBi and share point team portal.
• Driving vendor savings and strategic efficiencies within the supply chain, focusing on economies of scale and scope and innovation.
• Monitoring the team inbox and acting as a point of contact for general enquiries and escalations.
• Monitoring, reviewing and reporting supplier performance statistics.
• Delivering strategic supply chain management plans to identify and deliver value improvement (cost and service) for the client.
• Providing data collection and audit assurance of compliance to KPIs.
• Maintaining and supporting the master scope cost and frequency file.
• Assisting operational team with communication of potential changes in the market place including statutory.
