Job Description

  • Perform all required planning duties to look after construction projects from initiation to close-out and ensure its success.
  • Prepare all required fully resource-loaded schedules (Baseline, Revised, mitigation, ?)
  • Prepare all required critical path analysis and progress analysis.
  • Prepare all required external and internal reports
  • Perform delay analysis using all known delay analysis techniques.
  • Prepare EOT and Time-Related Claims
  • Follow, analyze, and record the project delays and tack the necessary actions
