You will be responsible for monitoring real-time data, incident management, and data quality assurance. You will provide highest level of customer service to the customers and will challenge your ability to perform in a high paced environment.As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, resolving technical incidents and problems proactively to ensure a prompt solution.
  • Providing real-time-monitoring of drilling activities in order to complete operations in a safe and efficient manner
  • Developing your technical knowledge and expertise to provide effective problem solving.
  • Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing Realtime system issues.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering majors.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience.
  • Ability to work in rotations and shifts.
  • With regular field visits.
  • Be a good team player and display good communication skills.
  • Have strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently.
