Are you ready to help us make the future We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Consultant to join our Honeywell Building Technologies Team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities:

  • Primary customer interface responsible for the development of new business and new relationships in pursuit of growth for HBS
  • Establishing and owning the plans and strategies aimed at serving and expanding the customer sales base in their assigned area
  • Dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value HBS brings to targeted customers, opportunities, and solutions
  • Driving sales through understanding of the target customers business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that HBS brings to them, which allows for cross-HBT Honeywell selling
  • Partner with potential customers, establishing relationships & maximizing the business potential for both parties
  • Proactively initiates cross-functional communication across both the customers and Honeywell enterprises to develop a long-term partnership
  • Seeks out ways to engage the full team in pursuits and activities building relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Team with assigned Account Managers to ensure One Team environment
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Sales experience within Building Management System and Low current Systems
  • Customer engagement at medium& High levels building long-term strategic and executive relationships
  • Cross selling and consultative selling - experience with collaborating across both client and own organization to drive a One-Honeywell approach
  • Broad based experience in HBS offering portfolio (mainly BMS, Access Controls, CCTV, guest room controls, Fire Alarm, Public Address & SCADA)
  • Knowledge of the value HBS brings can detail why the customer should care can define how much value they expect and provide examples
  • A well-developed sense of the customers business, their drivers, and their organization
  • Financial and business acumen understands the customers industry and strategic business drivers and HBSs ability to positively impact financial results
  • Understands customers decision making processes, buyers, and influences
  • Ability to learn HBS processes, commercial terms, contract terms, etc.
  • Basic understanding of Honeywell portfolio across LOBs/ verticals/applications
  • Knowledge of Sales Force or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strategic and negotiation skills.
