Job Description

  • Advanced in using MS applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint with high skills in reporting.
  • Act as the main procurement point of contact for clients in assigned projects.
  • Proactively monitors and reviews progress of contractual agreements, coordinates contract extension or renewal, and as appropriate, reviews invoices, and resolves any problems that arise.
  • Creates and maintains procurement records, and ensuring accuracy and integrity of data through regular report weekly generation, review and update of data.
  • Prepare an executive weekly report showing the key elements in relation to department requests and their status.
  • Review PRs scope and ensure its completions before issuance.
  • Follow up and expedite issuing POs based on demands and business needs.
  • Support in actively interface and engage with procurements and finance in contracts reviews and payments
  • Participate in facilitate and validate proper procurement type initiated by the department (single source, urgent request, open bid, framework...etc.)
  • Perform any other job-related duties as required by the direct manager.
